Horse owner/guardian willfully agrees to submit consent to allow Skeleton Key Equine permission to exercise, perform bodywork on, and otherwise incidentally handle their horse today and on all future dates. Horse owner/guardian has been notified that all and any services provided by Skeleton Key Equine are not intended to replace veterinary care and as such may be used in conjunction with such care to facilitate and maintain general health. Horse owner/guardian understands that Skeleton Key Equine does not make any musculoskeletal manipulations/adjustments. Horse owner/guardian understand needs to provide, to the best of his/her knowledge, all past/current injuries, illnesses, ailments and concerns, to benefit from the use of Skeleton Key Equine services. Horse owner/guardian agrees to disclose any hazardous or dangerous propensities of horse(s).

In consideration of Skeleton Key Equine undertaking the exercise, maintenance and incidental services under the terms set forth herein, horse owner/guardian agrees to hold harmless and release Skeleton Key Equine, associated owners, agents, employees, officers, members, premises owners, insurers and affiliated organizations from legal liability due to ordinary negligence; and further agrees that they shall bring no claims, demands, actions and causes of action, and/or litigation, against Skeleton Key Equine as stated about in this clause, for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage, and injury to, or loss by death, of animal(s). Horse owner/guardian waives any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of, or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained, or to any damage to property, including the horse, belonging to the agent or owner of the horse, whether caused by the negligence of the bodyworker, or otherwise, from the services provided in the session, including, but not limited to, non-force bodywork modalities while on the premises where the session is being performed or independently by the horse owner/guardian.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the class/session will not be charged and may be rescheduled. Repeated cancellations may affect the progress of the curriculum.

  • Cancellations that do not fall within this window will be charged at 100% (in the event of an emergency Skeleton Key Equine will waive this).

  • This policy goes both ways, and I will have 48 hours notice should Skeleton Key Equine need to reschedule, otherwise the session is free.

  • Skeleton Key Equine reserves the right to reschedule classes/sessions on the day if weather or driving conditions are not conducive to safe work.
